The 24th of October 2025 marked an exciting new beginning — the launch of the KALMAR Automotive Academy. We welcomed students from Pärnu Kutsehariduskeskus – Pärnu Vocational School to our workshop for the first session. As one of Estonia’s leading technical schools, Pärnu Kutsehariduskeskus is known for its strong focus on practical education and close cooperation with industry — making it a perfect partner for the Academy.
These young, inspired mechanics came to learn what makes the KALMAR Automotive DNA unique — and how the cars are built by hand, from the ground up. There was overwhelming interest from the students to join the Academy, where they’ll gain first-hand experience in bespoke engineering, learning directly from the team that knows every bolt, curve, and fibre of a KALMAR creation.
“We’re proud to help raise the next generation of craftsmen — we need it, as nobody else builds cars quite like we do,” Jan Kalmar states.
