Another thing the Danish car constructor doesn’t like is being compared to a certain Californian company. “I was at Goodwood with our 7-97 and there was this little boy holding his father’s hand, and he said, ‘Oh, look, it’s a Singer.’ That was the moment where this car was born, because what the little guy didn’t see was how different we actually are compared to the California-based company.”
